What ages is Tween Theory made for?
Tween Theory is made for ages 7–13 — the in-between years, when children are finding their own style.
What sizes do you offer?
Our clothing comes in age sizes 7–8, 9–11 and 12–13. Check the size information on each product page before ordering. If you need help choosing a size, contact us.
How long will my order take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £3.99, with free UK delivery on orders of £30 or more. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Can I return my order?
We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns. Items must meet the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. You’ll need to pay return postage unless the item is faulty. Please contact us to arrange a return.
What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?
Please contact us with your order number and details of the problem. If an item is faulty or incorrect, include a clear photo so we can help.
How should I wash and care for my clothing?
Always follow the garment’s care label. To help protect the printed artwork:
- Wash inside out.
- Wash with similar colours.
- Avoid harsh detergents and bleach.
- Do not tumble dry, as high heat can damage the printed artwork.
- Do not iron directly over printed artwork.
